Olinger Crown Hill has provided a beautiful setting for memorialization to the Denver community for a century. Situated on 260 acres with views of Colorado's majestic Rocky Mountains, the cemetery includes ground property, lawn crypts, mausoleums, bronze memorials and granite monuments. Olinger Crown Hill is an endowed-care cemetery, which means that when you purchase a monument, property or gravemarker from us, we reinvest a potion of that revenue back into the cemetery for maintenance and improvements in perpetuity. Our Tower of Memories mausoleum is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and features a large chapel, hallways of exotic marbles from Italy, Spain, Portugal, France and Greece, vintage and contemporary stained glass windows and a pictorial history of the cemetery dating from the early 1900s.
Crown Hill offers six distinctive areas for services and a Reception Hall that accommodates 100 persons. Our most unique venue - the Pavilion of Reflection - is located adjacent to the new Garden of Reflection and features open-beam wood architecture, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, and water fountains and fire features, providing an indoor/outdoor experience for families. Mortuary facilities provide traditional and contemporray life celebrations, cremation, and flowers. Valuable preplanning information and tools are also available.
Olinger Crown Hill is the recipient of the prestigious 2007 Pursuit of Excellence Award. Only two percent of funeral homes are recognized annually by the National Funeral Directors Association (NFDA) for their commitment and dedication to excellence. The Pursuit of Excellence Award recognizes NFDA members for their outstanding community service, professional integrity and ethical standards. Criteria for the award include compliance with state and federal regulations, continuing education and staff development, family outreach and support, and profesional association service and participation.
